The brief from the centre management of Hammersmith and Broadway Shopping Centre was that they wanted to give a total uplift to the external facades of the building at all entrances into this prestigious west London location.
After many meetings with management, planners and agents it was decided that the centre would incorporate full-colour digital signage onto its two main entrances on Hammersmith and Talgarth Road. On their two smaller entrances it was decided to replace the existing signage with fully illuminated flex face signs that would allow for easy changing in the future when the list of tenant’s changes.
We supplied and installed a full colour 7m x 2.5m digital LED screen, two 1.6m x 1.6m full colour LED screens and another 4m x 1.6m LED full-colour screen. All of the screens were enabled with IP address connectivity so they could be controlled remotely either from the centre management office or a design team based off-site.
At the smaller entrances that are less pedestrianized, we installed a 4m x 1.7m flex face and a 7m x 2.5m flex face. Both flex faces were fully illuminated with the centre’s new branding and tenant logos incorporated.
