Launched in 2024, this cutting-edge transport hub is the largest of its kind on the island of Ireland, seamlessly blending rail and bus services into a single, state-of-the-art facility. With its sleek glass facade catching the light of the Belfast skyline, the station isn’t just a practical gateway—it’s a bold statement of the city’s forward-thinking spirit, connecting communities and welcoming visitors with open arms.
At Beyond Signage Ltd, we’re incredibly proud to have left our mark on this iconic project. As a leading signage manufacturer in Ireland, we had the privilege of manufacturing, and installing all of the external signage for Belfast Grand Central Station. Working hand-in-hand with Translink and the main contractors, we delivered a bespoke signage package that’s as functional as it is striking. Massive 1500mm high channel letters, glowing with face illumination, proudly spelling out the station’s name against its modern exterior. Day or night, these signs make sure the station is impossible to miss. Then there’s the 8m high totem sign—fully illuminated and towering above the entrance—serving as both a wayfinding beacon and a stunning visual centerpiece.

Every piece of signage was crafted with precision and durability in mind, built to withstand the demands of a busy transport hub while enhancing its contemporary design.
