We recently completed the internal and external signage package for the prestigious Castle Tower School in Ballymena, Co. Antrim. Working closely with the school and the design team we designed manufactured and installed all signage for this beautiful building on time and within budget.
We developed the complete wayfinding package around this new modern school to enable ease of access for staff, visitors, and pupils.
All corridors had beautiful, bespoke laminated timber corner features at the start of each corridor to announce to the visitor the area of the building they were about to enter. These corner features were complimented by our interchangeable wayfinding signage systems. This helped to ensure a smooth pedestrian flow throughout the whole building.
Every door was also labelled with a door plaque incorporating raised tactile lettering and grade 2 braille dots. All internal signage within this building was manufactured strictly to DDA compliant guidelines and we worked closely with the architect to help make sure this whole building was accessible for all.
Externally we installed beautiful 1.2m high solid stainless-steel lettering and also an exterior entrance totem and external directional signage. This signage gave a warm and welcoming feel to the exterior facade of the building and incorporated the school colours to keep a friendly atmosphere throughout.
We were delighted to have been chosen as the main signage contractor on this prestigious project and are immensely pleased with the result.
